Debit orders 2 months after acc closed

I made use of there whatsapp customer service system... Rude staff that assist... My acc was closed in July and confirmed on whatsapp I would need to apply for a new acc. There has now been a debit order of R1999 go off and no assistance and no info can me mailed showing that there is contract or agrement in place. I will be disputing with the bank as well as submitting a complaint to Icasa
