Debit order after all services were cancelled

All services cancelled end of Oct 2020 after giving a calendar month notice. On 5 Jan a debit order went of my old account. I tried to message you on Whatsapp (the only way you can communicate with Webafrica), after 2 days finally manage to get connected to a consultant( Kabelo) and he confirmed that all services were cancelled and will forward a request to the billing department to contact me. To date nobody called.
