Debit not gone off and service suspended

Webafrica suppose to debit my account and haven't debited the account and now they have deactivated my service, when I try getting hold of them on WhatsApp line they don't respond as it is very inconvenient and run reliable service which they provide. After sometime getting hold of an agent they tell me that I should wait 3-5 working days for the account to be reactivated
