Dear Webafrica Team I’ve been a customer of Webafrica (Vuma) for a period of time and I wanted to take this moment to share how impressed I am with your services. What I appreciate most is the fact that my internet has been stable with minimal downtime. I work from home and stream daily and I’ve had very little interruptions and on days when there are interruptions I lodge a complaint on WhatsApp after doing so my issue is resolved quickly I'm really impressed with that. The team is always polite and professional. The speed I get matches exactly what I’m paying for. No hidden fees or surprises on my bill. You’ve made working and studying from home stress-free.
