I app**** for a mobile VoIP service online and it was activated the next day, I registered the account with a Zoiper app which would not make any calls. When I contact their WhatsApp chat which promises that an agent will be with you, I always get programmed responses only. It's been close to a month and nothing is happening but I am billed .
