I haven't started using this service but I have so many regrets. Ordered a MTN Uncapped deal, on "special apparently", paid the R200something they wanted. This on the 23rd Feb 2021. Took 3days to RICA before they decided to send for delivery. Delivery came, to my shock the package was silled with Courier IT plastic but inside the box was open, no manual book, a very well abused used router with no sim closure. I have never never never had this type of experience. Is this what they do, take old routers and send to new customers? I want to cancel this thing. Their bots are useless too.
