Day light *******!

Absolutely terrible service. I moved homes and thay market as easy and hastle free. Because I could not use the same provider at the new residince, I have to pay a cancelation fee of R2880 beacause of the router etc. After waiting a week for the delivery 9f the new router as stipulated by the confirmation email. I enquired to find out I must use my old router. They still demand the R2880 even though I'm still going to use the old router. Day light *******!
