Darryl, Refiloe and Nosipho - service sucks!!!!

This is crazy - 4 months waiting for fibre - then came to install waited for aweek to get it active. now they doubled billed me !!!!!!!!!and suspended my account - charged for a delivery of a router which I did not need!!!!!!! Now trying to get this unsuspended - spoke to 3 people already - Darryl, Refiloe and Nosipho!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They advertise whatsapp chat quick - but it takes days to get hold of them!!!
