DANIEL - EXTREMELY RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR

I have been waiting for almost 2 months for installation after paying to have my router delivered, the call center agents cannot give me a sensible answer and niether do I receive any communication from webafrica

Today I tried again to speak to one of your whatsapp agents who by the way are all very illiterate and uneducated when it comes to the knowledge and content of webafrica, this very rude agent went on to send me a very unprofessional message (I'm assuming they were not trained on proper customer service conduct) after sending the message he proceeded to persistently call me on a private number

I am appalled by this entire experience and I would therefore like a full refund on my delivery fee, you are more than welcome to come pick up your router
