Customers don’t matter

ell!!!it’s been fruitless and it’s been horrible dealing with Webafrica….. IVE HAD TO TRAVEL for internet because this Webafrica along with frogfoot refuse to sort my line out!…saying that it belongs to someone else and that the previous customer needs to cancel…is that my problem??…I’m about to lose my job because of this…. ITS UNACCEPTABLE…. and I’ve spent over R500 airtime just calling these people and still nothing has become of it!!.PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE…
