Customer Support on WhatsApp is useless

Been fighting with the support WhatsApp to get my internet up and running for the past 4 days. Chats randomly end or it takes hours to get through to someone who tries to move me to technical which ends the chat. Internet worked perfectly with previous ISP line before the handover. Terrible service.
