customer service where????

I am so annoyed with this company! How do you not have a line where clients can reach you/ 2 days straight they tell me to whatsapp them and this is the response - Hi, Willie-the-bot here, I'm still trying to put you through to one of our Live Chat agents, they'll message you as soon as they're available. If however you'd prefer to cancel the Live Chat request, simply type ENDCHAT. ??? I need my line activated after paying and they are just not getting back to me and I am now furious!!!!
