Customer Service Useless

Web Africa must consider it to rather close down and leave the Internet service provider thing to businesess that know how to give customer service I went from LTE to Fibre got the router and all and Pay for everything but till this far there is stil no connection on my fibre router it stil gives a red light and when I need to chat to them thru whatssap there seems to be always no one available it always takes hours for some agent to chat to me and then yet again they cant fix my problem . I think they dont have an idea what they are doing they are quick to do sales and to take my money but 0 customer service. For any one reading this think we need to go word of mouth and tell everyone to avoid them as thet are incompatent to do customer service.
