Customer Service useless

I have three houses installed with Vuma and an ISP with Webafrica. I have been complaining about my routers being offline for more than two weeks. They told me they were escalating the matter, but no one has come to fix it. Their WhatsApp chats, not to mention calls, take hours to respond to. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone anymore.
