Customer Service - Terrible

There Whatsapp web Service Assistance is absolutely terrible - they can take between 3 - 5 minutes and often a lot longer between answering my replies. VERY frustrating .... Agent told "Thank you , please note I have 8 active chats so my response time will delay ,However I will do my best to respond".

Management should try get assistance on their own line and see how their staff are obviously not coping with the load and it makes customers become Karen's
