Customer service sucks!

I've veen complaining for 2days straight about my line speed. I've had absolutely NO response.

Since I've been with WebAfrica, I've had numerous problems. And every time they tell me the same thing. Do this, do that. I've done it 52 times!!!! Still no better...

It's like Eskom, the coal is either too wet, or not enough. So dissatisfied, Afrihost was Much Much better
