Customer service nightmare

If I could give half a star I would but believe me when I say this miles more then the rating Webafrica deserves they have absolutely ********** customer service and response times. As I write this review at at 15:31pm I have been waiting to speak to an agent on the whatsapp chat line since 12:15pm and I have still not been transferred to an agent for assistance, oh and if you are going to try to get through on the telephone Ha! I wish you better luck than me. this is the worse service I have ever gotten from an internet service provider. If I were to be asked to give one word to to describe their customer service I would say PATHETIC!!!. so in conclusion if you would like terrible customer service and to pay good money to be treated like a joke by all means go for Webafrica.
