Customer Service is very Frustrating

Customer Service is terrible. You can’t get hold of a person on the phone, only on WhatsApp, and if an agent can’t help you the chat times out and you have to start again with someone else. I spent the whole day on WhatsApp yesterday trying to get answers, was transferred to a new agent on WhatsApp chat 10 times, only to be told after many many hours; sorry the agent who did your downgrade and said it would be done by 1 February gave you incorrect information.
