Customer service is bad

Service is really bad, when I call the contact centre to try and find out when am I getting the fibre installed to my home the agents answer greet me then drop the line, it’s been 2 weeks of payment but they had said 5 working days. I REALLY REGRET MAKING THAT PAYMENT!
