Customer service from hell

I wanted to change my payment date with this companies watsup chat team firstly I waited 20 minutes if not more to get an agent.Then Pule L told me webafrica cannot change my payment date I asked for a manager he stated that he does not have one. Yhooo please improve on your customer service and make it easier for customers to make a payment.
