Customer service does not exist!

If you're looking for an internet service provider that offers no customer service at all then Webafrica is the right service provider for you! It has been more than a month now trying to resolve a query and to date I am still waiting for feedback. I've sent numerous emails and called on several occasions. Unfortunately Webafrica couldn't care less. They do not bother to respond to emails or follow up with unhappy customers. Further to the shocking service they bill you for data that you did not use. Yes folks, they bill you for data usage on days when neither you or any of your devices are at home and able to use data. What do they have to say about this? Absolutely nothing. They couldn't be bothered! A company with no integrity, a total lack of communication and a complete disregard for customer service! Disgusting to say the least!
