**** Customer Service

Slack service. Been trying the whole day to get support via whatsapp and calling and still nothing resolved. Agent couldn't log a request for vumatel cause they couldn't find my address on the vumatel portal. Was told that I had to speak to provisioning. Was put through and it rang and rang and rang. Was on the call for over 37 minutes wasting time and money for a service I am paying for. Been a loyal customer for years and this is the support I am paying for. At this point signing up with a ISP that takes your call seems to be the better option.
