I had a terrible experience with my internet being down for a period of two weeks. They don't have a proper system where customers can log complaints and have issues solved swiftly. I proceeded to change my card payments on their website and this company decides to debit my old card. I removed the card because I didn't want it debited but they continued to debit it without my consent. They are horrible to loyal customers and deploy ******** tactics to get money out of paying customers. Incredibly disappointing. I would stay far away!
