Customer Service and Policies are BAD

I recently had an encounter with WebAfrica and surely, their policies and customer service is the worst. You cannot cancel the service with immediate effect not even for a fee. Their customer service is not flexible either. Even the complaints department is dysfunctional. It is very difficult to communicate with WebAfrica.I would not recommend them as an ISP. Stay away.
