WhatsApp chatbot that connects you with agents who transfer you constantly and you wait forever, relay the same information everyday and nothing ever gets resolved. It will take you a month to have your wifi line activated. Awful communication, no follow-up and immediate disconnection without explanation. Awful, infuriating experience.
