I was never disgusted with any service until I dealt with vuma/webafrica.. My Wi-Fi was down for 7 days everyday speaking to a agent dat will give you different stories. Technical support team is just as useless I'm still waiting for feedback from them . There give you no updates what so ever. Wen u request a manger to call you u hve to have a reason.What nosence is dat . 7 days without Wi-Fi is a very good reason. I advise ppl not to go with dem at all altogether der have no interest and no care for their customers. As I write dis I still don't hve service goin to be 8 days. And no updates.
