Customer Service

The customer service has been dismal to say the least, I have been with this service almost a year and never had an issue till 3 days ago. I contacted them to assist as my Wi-Fi was down to no avail, their chat function online ,on WhatsApp and as well as their app is utterly useless. And in my home we use Wi-Fi for work, school and streaming, and this is not at all what I expect from any service provider - DO BETTER!!!
