Customer Experience....Painful

I am trying to cancel my service with WEBAFRICA. Seems impossible to do this from their Customer Web Portal which allows you to select cancel then directs you to a chatbot that gives not option. How is it that the experience can be so poor. Further no visibility of internet usage data on their reports....is it me or WEBAFRICA.
