Extremely Disappointed with Web Africa’s Customer Experience

Despite Web Africa branding itself as professional, my experience tells a different story. At the consideration stage of my journey, I encountered serious service failures — my application could not even be processed properly.

If this is the level of service before becoming a customer, I dread to imagine what the retention stage would look like.

A special note on Wendy V: her approach to customer service was far from acceptable and warrants urgent evaluation. A business is only as strong as its frontline support, and in this case, it's a major letdown.
