Customer care sucks !!!!

Hi, I have been without internet for the whole week now, due to your billing system being faulty. I have called the customer care and the whatasppp BOT every day of last week and getting different versions from different Agents. The customer zone says "PAY R 0.00" instead of "PAY R399" ... every time I go ahead with this transaction, my Bank deducts R8.50 for a failed transaction. I'm now considering changing the ISP.
