Customer care non excisting.......
When I joined WebAfrica in May 2018 for fibre ISP, I raised concerns that their only debit order date is the 1st. I asked it to be moved to another date and where told they do not allow that. The sales person told me I should just let it "bounce" the first month, then the debit order will cancel and I can make EFT payments. I told him I do not have an issue with a debit order, its just the date as my salary date is 8th. I have never heard of any company only having one date. So my first debit "bounced". I phoned billing to rectify. Made payment and send POP. Still hanging on for billing dept. Since I have phoned 6 times, not getting through to them. I have sent emails to ********** with absolutely no response. I have logged a ticket through the web communication interface. Which by the way is only for new customers. Once you have signed on, you just dont get any help. I then phoned and selected sales, VOILAAA!! Got someone on the other side immediately. Explained my situation and were told to hold for billing.......still holding.
Today I got told I will have to pay R50 for an unsuccessful debit order. So I get double worked over because they can not assist me. I will have no other option than to move to an ISP that could in fact provide customer care.
And the worst of all is that they just wouldn't care. We can bark all we like, the other hundreds and thousands of customers will just keep paying.
