Customer care complaints

Rating for customer care is actually 0! They should have a telefonic customer care line as their whatsupp communication is seriousley usless. With all these bad reviews that they get on a daily basis they should be ashamed. We signed up with them for an internet line but we are getting nowhere as far as service is concerned. It you do not want to do your job as a customer care agent you should not be working there. What has top managment done about all these complaints??
