This has been on going since 2020 if I’m not mistaken and to date I’m still waiting for your courier company to pick up your router. That is YOUR service failure and it has nothing to do with me. So tell me, why are you debiting my account for your failures?

I’m 100% sure that this is an operational loss and the company has to absolve this debt by have it subsequently written off because I will not be paying for it. And don’t you dare think about listing me because I’ll take you straight to the ombudsman.
