I would like to report WEBAFRICA for misconduct

Its impossible to get any service , they direct you to WhatsApp and then transfer you every time you request to cancel

I would like my account canceled immediately and my open serve line released immediately.

CANCEL THE SERVICE SO I CAN MOVE TO A RESPECTABLE ISP IMMEDIATELY

due to lack of service (no customer service , when asked multiple times for a manager to call i get a email and not a call from a manager , and charging me for 100mb fibre when i only get 50mb) i demand full refund for the last 6 months of wasting my time
