Worst services ever signed up for a lte package used it 6months to no joy as signal is poor but they said it would come right, Cancelled it lastly and notified them to cancel. they agreed to it, 2 weeks later got a invoice for a claw back router which should have been collected by them. Upon phoning and holding for 2hours i notified them they do not have authority to debit my account for this as they must come and collect the router.Service never properly rendered. Needles to say they *******ly debited my acc and refuses to refund me. after several hours of fighting the had the odasity to tel me to deliver my router to them in in Cape Town after asking them who will pay my travelling expenses as i am from JHB they rep**** and said it is up to me, Only after they inspected the router will they decide if they want to refund me as it is not 100% that they will offer a refund. I think they proceeded with ******** intend and took money that doesnt belong to them. ie.. they stole my money
