Credit not paid

Long story short. I have wifi with MWEB it was installed by VUMA and last year i had faulty cables which was fixed. I was debited for 2 months and did have internet. Last month MWEB credited one month and now they said i must contact webafrica for another month. So now I'm stuck and no one is willing to take responsibility.
