Credit Card deduction after fraul check failed.
On Sunday I have placed an order for the registration of [URL Removed] using my account Credit Card but it failed the ***** test. Not being successful I went to another service provider to register the domain. On tuesday an amount of R382.00, for whitch R283 is the the transactions that failed the ***** test, went off my Credit Card account.<br> <br> How is it possible that transations go through after failing the ***** test and and twice on the same domain????<br> <br> Please cancel the domain [URL Removed] and refund the R283.00, I can't find the option to cancel a domain on my account on the web site.

The domain failed the ***** test because the same domain name was added 3 times, but the credit card system billed your card for the domains because it can't tell if the domain names are the same or not.
We're sorry that this matter has made you upset and our guys have cancelled the domains and added credit notes onto your account. Once the credit notes have been approved we will refund your bank account.
