Courier service failing to deliver my subscription

I want to cancel my subscription due to their courier service failing to deliver my router to me. However It is not easy for me to cancel my subscription online. I have to wait for an available agent but I am unable to get through to any. I need Webafrica to contact me to cancel my subscription asap!
