Contract cancellation

I've been trying to cancel my month to month contract from July but I'm not getting any help, I received an email confirming my contract to be scheduled for cancellation on the 1st of September and guess what my account was debited and when I queried I was told they have no record of any cancellation request. Don't get me started with their useless WhatsApp agents that Malefa (WhatsApp agent)told me just because it was scheduled for September it doesn't mean it will be done I must wait for a confirmation email for my cancellation now I'm pay for two service providers and I'm forced to a contract I no longer intrested in.
