CONTINUED TO BILL ME AFTER MY CONTRACT WAS CANCELLED, AND THEN MADE ME CHASE THEM ENDLESSLY

Shocking service. After making me struggle to cancel my contract which I had had for more than 24 months, they continued to bill me, and did not refund me after countless requests via email and phone. They waste your time, and they do it on purpose.

I switched to Afrihost - what a pleasure. Cheaper and faster.

And 6 weeks later I am still waiting for my refund from web africa despite them agreeing to refund it....incredibly frustrating.
