Continued problems with web Africa (pathetic service)

It’s been 3 weeks later and I am still having internet issues ,the service that web Africa gives is pathetic they refuse to do there job and don’t understand basic information that is given to them Someone came out after 3 days and left ,knowing the issue was not resolved, I have asked several of their staff to speak to a manger and 3 weeks later they are still telling me that’s not poss And I need to wait 24hours

I am honest quite done with there lack of work ethic and the terrible service they provide They are incapable of providing you with what you pay for .

The entire staff needs training as well as mangers
