Consultants not willing to assist with unlocking of my account

I paid my account I sent the proof of payment on thier watsup number spoke to 2 consultants who were not willing to assist me they told me my account can only be unsuspended on Tuesday, take note it’s Friday today it not my first time I’m doing a cash payment and the stories I recieved from sibusiso and Baliwe were not satisfactory I need internet at my place as soon as possible, I have requested to speak to the manager but no avail im not sure what to do now cause the only form of communication for them is watsup, thier service is annoying and disappointing if im must say
