Consistent internet connectivity issues!

I have been experiencing constant internet connection issues. Since I signed up, every single month - I have internet connection issues. The worst one to date has to be the outage I experienced from 14 Jan 2023, my issue was only resolved on 19 Jan 2023. There were no proper updates provided for the reason behind my internet problem. When I wanted to cancel, I was requested to stay on for the remainder of the month and promised better service. I did indeed not go through the cancellation, only to have internet issues again on 24 Jan 2023. At 7:22pm I sent a message on their WhatsApp line, it was only responded to at 7:09am, 25 Jan 2023. Today is 25 Jan 2023 and my issue is still not fixed, I am told that I have to wait for troubleshooting, which I can only do when I return from the office at 7pm - at that time, none of their consultants are available to assist. I am honestly tired of the service which I receive from this service provider and would not recommend them to anyone. The service provided seems like they are doing you a favor and it's not paid for. I am definitely cancelling my account and only willing to pay for the services which I consumed for the month of January 2023. On top of the load shedding crisis which one has to deal with and navigate through, one has to also deal with an *********** ISP.
