I created a profile for fibre with this company and upon further inquiry learnt that I don't like their payment plan.

They proceeded to place an installation order without me having paid for it and are now refusing to cancel it.

Until they cancel it, I cannot get my fibre installed with my ideal ISP.

THE LORD ALONE KNOWS WHY YOU WOULD BOOK THINGS WHEN PEOPLE HAVEN'T PAID YOU.
