Connectivity Disappointment

I'm very disappointed with their customer services. We've logged a fault twice already with them. Every time they promise to resolve our connectivity within 72 hours but nothing.

The last call was made 2 weeks ago and we're still waiting for a response. Our account is up to date but we cannot enjoy the services paid for.
