Connection Issues and slow whatsapp communication

We have been having issues with our Fibre for the past month. We have tried using their super slow whatsapp option but with no success. We cannot get hold of them telephonically. We hold on forever. Our devices keep on disconnecting from the WIFI and then we have to reset the router and the modem which is extremely frustrating and time consuming.
