Connected but no internet

Small business, no internet since last week. Chatbot kept me on hold for hours. Technical says they don't see a problem but still no internet. I really need to speak to a human or have someone then come out to site... how to resolve this? No service and if you cancel it's R999... anyone experiencing the same issue?
