Con artists

webafrica is a bunch of con artists. We made a double payment for installation 3 weeks ago and upon questioning the refund which was supposed to happen the Friday of that same week, we were told to be patient. Which profession company who has been in business for the last 23 years or any company for that matter tells you to be patient for refunding your money? Also, no one seems to know what they are doing. Installation has been done 3 days ago, and when calling to let them know one person says it will 2 hours, another person says 24 hours then another saying 48 hours. Now 72 hours later.... we are still not connected. Oh and don’t ask to speak to a manager.... oh no ma’am it doesn’t seem like managers exist in webafrica. Because we have been told countless times that a manager will call back. Not 1 has managed to call us back to this day for the last 3 weeks. We have spent hundreds in airtime, just to hold on and then forgetting about you on the phone. This is a pathetic service provider. And judging by the other reviews they are also *************. Won’t advise anyone to use them.
