Compromised and Sabotaged WEbafrica Fibre Connection

PATHETIC SERVICE FROM WEBAFRICA. I have logged call REF *** to WEBAFRICA who was sdupposed to hand over to the Critical Care Centre, on 15/03/2021 and still have received no call nor any response on email. The IP I am connecting to is not a WEbafrica server ISP IP address and I cannot ping their servers. Webafrica expect me to pay money for such a poor service and I want answers, not just to get it fix. The Router Routing Table is being ammended internally by WEBAFRICA and they try to avoid my calls and kep on telling me that a agent will attend to it. I am still waiting for Manager to call me. WEBAFRICA Cannot provide a safe secure connection. MY Traffic is redirected to unknown IP address and they DO NOTHING ABOUT IT!
