Completely useless service from Webafrica

I have been with Webafrica for just over a year now and I am in the process of moving homes. I booked a transfer of my existing Fibre connection with them. They are a complete disaster. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Firstly, you can never get hold of anyone at their call centre. The only option that answers very quickly is their sales section as they want your new business but as an existing customer, they do not care about you. Their so called fast whatsapp line is so pathetic!

Secondly, my move has been delayed and I tried to get in touch with them to reschedule the cancellation of my existing fibre in my current place that I will be leaving soon. They have now deactivated my fibre connection and I am sitting without connectivity!!! I work from home and they have told they cannot see any proof that I did try to reschedule the deactivation.

If you are thinking of signing up with Webafrica - DON'T DO THAT MISTAKE!!!
